Pod Lead

The Regional POD Lead plays a critical role within the programme, responsible for leading and managing the delivery of partner advisory services to our partners. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that our partners receive exceptional, timely, and effective advice and support, ultimately contributing to their success and growth.

In your first few weeks in this Partner Advisory Regional Lead role, you can expect to:

- Oversee and manage the entire advisory services delivery process, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and ensure seamless service delivery
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with our partners, fostering trust and open communication
- Understand our partners' unique business needs, challenges and objectives to tailor advisory services accordingly
- Conduct thorough analyses of partners' business operations, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Advanced English language proficiency - C1 or above certified
- Good understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concept
- Excellent sales pipeline management and negotiation skills
- Account management and profiling experience.
