_**Duties and responsibilities**_
- Able to perform Full Set of Account.
- To prepare B/S, Income Statements, AR & AP ageing reports and other financial reports on time
- Ensure timely submission of monthly account and management reports.
- To maintain and update daily transactions into system
- To prepare payments and ensure payment details are correct
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
- Managing records and receipts
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Monitor cash flow so that the company has sufficient to cover operating costs
- Preparing account reports.
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- Preparing balance sheets
- Processing invoices
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process
- To check daily transfer report.
- Responsible for financial forecast, annual budget & supervision for budgetary controls
- Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data
- Updating monthly and annual financial reports accurately and according to the submission deadlines
- Dealing with third party related financial matters
- **Requirements**_
- A recognised Diploma /Degree in accounting or related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the Finance and Accounting field
- Preferably experienced in computerised accounting environment
- Proficiency with computers and accounting software, strong typing skills.
- Familiarity with basic Accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Able to work in Bangi
- Able to start immediately
