Civil Engineering/Architecture- Typing of letters and quotations (as and when required).
- Filing of documents
- Monitoring of office stationeries and other general supplies.
- Book travel arrangements (as and when required).
- Handling incoming phone calls or outgoing calls (as and when required).
- Other general administrative duties.
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- SPM/STPM or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience.
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Experience in logistics is an added advantage.
