Purchasing Admin

**Qualification **:Diploma holder or Above with computer literacy.
**Responsibilities as follows but not limited to**:
- Prepare, process, and verify purchase orders for accuracy in specifications, quantities, and prices.
- Track and manage open orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Maintain and develop positive relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain product or service information, such as pricing, availability, and delivery schedules from suppliers.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns with suppliers promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse teams, and conduct periodic audits to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, analyses, presentations, and support the procurement team with administrative tasks.
- Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers, evaluate supplier offers, and monitor market trends to achieve cost savings.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, conduct supplier evaluations, and ensure purchased goods meet quality standards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
