  • Obtain product or service information, such as pricing, availability, and delivery schedules from suppliers.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns with suppliers promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse teams, and conduct periodic audits to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate procurement records and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, analyses, presentations, and support the procurement team with administrative tasks.
  • Assist in negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers, evaluate supplier offers, and monitor market trends to achieve cost savings.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, conduct supplier evaluations, and ensure purchased goods meet quality standards.
