PROTEGE TRAINEE - 1 YEAR CONTRACT (BASED IN WAREHOUSE SG BULOH)

**BASIC SALARY**: RM2,000/ MONTH

**Purpose of job**: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient warehouse operation.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain clear and accurate operations document and procedure.
2. Handle proof of delivery (chop-sign) document from customers. Organize them and scan into designated folders in the server.
3. Assist to record and update timely the warehouse daily delivery, incident issue and feedback from stakeholder.
4. Assist to attend to stakeholder's inquiries and communicate regularly with the Planner, Customer Service and external party eg. service provider such as courier and supplier.
5. Assist in transport booking via various communication channel including reverse pick-up.
6. Assist in handling complaint. Investigate for root cause and recommend corrective and preventive action with involved parties.
7. Assist to check contract and 3rd party claims/invoices and warehouse driver's daily delivery sheet against customer delivery acknowledgement copy (POD). Scan the document into relevant folders.
8. Ensure continual compliance to safety guideline, ISO & GDPMD requirement
9. Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Warehouse manager.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Meeting the standard operations and comply to ISO & GDPMD requirement
Good in writing, record keeping, reporting and typing skill.
Safe keeping of all records and documents for easy retrieval.
Positive mindset, discipline, initiative, passion and committed to work responsibility.
Willing to work in Warehouse environment.
