- You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

- This position is responsible to support and back up Admin/Account department, to support audit account and another matter assign.
- Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc...
- Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Maintain contact lists
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Research and creates presentations
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Coordinate repairs to office equipment
- Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Collecting data and maintaining database
- Provide administrative support to internal teams
- Responsible to do general clerical and accounting duties.
- Able to do basic accounting, bookkeeping and data entry.
- Handle day to day operation of accounting record and maintain systematic filing system.
- Prepare and submit SST returns / reports
- To assist in monthly closing, journal adjustment, assist in audit and tax matter.
- Any other duties that may arise from time to time
- You have:

- Undergraduate or Diploma or Degree related in Administrative, Management or related field, Diploma holder/ Degree/ACCA /accounting student pursuing accounting course/ those possess higher
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Foster an efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment
- Strong MS Office skills, for example, the proficient knowledge of Sharepoint, Excel and PowerPoint, will be necessary throughout this role
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and able to work independently and team enviroment
- Being able to identifying problem, analyze situation and propose solution.
- Good problem-solving, and time management skills
- Mature and independent with good working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision under pressure, in a high volume & fast paced environment.
