- You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

- Help Develop and establish quality assurance measures
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas
- Analyze documentation and technical specifications and best practices
- Conduct spot checks and reviews as assigned to measure and assure adherence to SOP
- Participate in developing, distributing, and coordinating in-depth end-user reviews feedback
- Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance best practices.
- Develop Review CSAT and KPI
- Review and Write KB articles
- You have:

- Strong MS Office skills, for example, proficient knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, will be necessary throughout this role
- Good Analytical Skills
- Excellent English Reading Writing Spoken Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with mínimal supervision
- Keen attention to detail.
