- You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

- Support RCSHK PPM to investigate & identify AS-IS supplier mapping in Malaysia for existing RCS Projects, diagnose their pros & cons
- Support RCSHK PPM for market / supplier Intelligence & news, government procurement policies investigation for RCS business in Malaysia for below 3 business portfolios:

- Transport Network Fare Mgt
- Parking & Traffic Mgt
- City & Road Tolling
- Support RCSHK PPM to analyze custom, logistic, business restrictions for import & export in Malaysia.
- Support RCSHK PPM for supplier meetings arrangement with key stakeholders, take the meeting memo.
- Support RCSHK PPM for supplier mapping / supplier profile analysis in Malaysia & Other Region
- Support RCSHK PPM to prepare the RCSHK project report, procurement report.
- Coordinate with other category buyers/managers.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by RCSHK PPM.
- You have:

- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Language Skills: Proficient in English communication
- Experience: Previous work experience in a foreign company; experience in the public transportation industry is a plus
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Additional Skills: Ability to read and translate from Chinese to English is advantageous but not mandatory
