**JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Manager**

**Position Overview**:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at MoneyX, you will drive our digital marketing strategy to achieve business objectives. You will manage a team of specialists, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. This position reports to the Head of Marketing.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Experience in the tech industry, particularly with app-based products, preferred.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Solid understanding of SEO, ASO, and content marketing.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Familiarity with fintech is beneficial but not required.

Job Title: Web & Social Media Designer

**Position Overview**:
As a Web & Social Media Designer, you will shape brand identity and engage the audience through visually appealing designs for the website, social media, and other digital assets. You will collaborate with product and development teams to align with business objectives and report to the Head of Marketing.

**What you will be doing**:
You will conceptualize and develop designs for social and digital media channels, create graphic designs for social media and digital advertising, and adapt existing assets into various ad formats. You will also create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity web designs, stay updated with design and social media content trends, and develop social media templates to maintain brand consistency. Collaborating with marketing, product, and web development teams to understand project goals and target audiences will be a key part of your role.

**What we are looking from you**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design for digital media and social media content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and experience.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal guidance.
- Additional skills (nice to have):

- Animation and video editing expertise.
- Copywriting skills.
- Strong grasp of current social media trends.
