**Job Title**:Hybrid Account & Transcreation Executive

**Location**:Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a Hybrid Account/Transcreation Executive based out of Kuala Lumpur, you will be working alongside the onsite team in Singapore, to ensure the successful delivery of premium international marketing communication in numerous languages for one of the world's leading fintech payment brands.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **PayPal is a transcreation and localization account with a focus on digital production. **As a member of the core delivery team, you will manage end-to-end production and transcreation processes, gather assets, support and lead projects
- Be the owner of small-medium sized briefs, for both transcreation and production briefs
- You will liaise with in-market creatives (copywriters, transcreators, translators and editors), allocate jobs and track project progress
- You will coordinate with our OLIVER production and creative teams within the APAC region
- Ensuring the smooth running of projects through all the various stages; to plan your projects at hand in a proactive manner, monitor their progress and help solve problems that might arise
- Playing a pivotal part in the running, growth and development of your account; ensuring your team and clients are happy and supported at all times
- Building relationships with key colleagues at OLIVER + clients across their cross-functional teams.
- Supporting the OLIVER APAC team with day-to-day tasks, including raising and issuing POs, financial admin and reporting

- Native speaker of a foreign language is highly desirable

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE**:
**Experience**:

- Ideally 1 year experience in an agency environment
- Ideally possesses Production/Transcreation experience and have experience working on localization campaigns with multiple markets
- Proven Project Management experience
- Knowledge about the language industry, and preferably experience in production process across different media formats
