Telesales Representative

We at Global Trade Capital, are searching for a vibrant and experienced tele sales representative. GTC, provides equal opportunity chance. Individuals who are given this opportunity will be required to sell a broad range of financial products and services to a diverse international client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Call all the provided numbers and identify potential customers
- Contact potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts / Product knowledge
- Should possess good knowledge of all company products.
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and find their interest
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering Customer information to follow up, if any.
- Direct prospects to the sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM Database.
- Go the “extra mile” to convert leads to future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in Forex Industry preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
- forex market knowledge
- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details
- Providing information to customers

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree preferred
- The English language is basic
- Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia or Vietnam speaker or any International Language is plus
- Experience 1+ experience in a similar industry
