Customer Success Intern will be reporting to the Business Development team and will be assisting in: - Ensure that the needs of customers who purchase our products and services are sufficient. - Focused on the customer who needs to renew or make a second purchase of software from our product or services. - Notified our client of upgrades about service or software as necessary. - Experience using, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Google Applications (Analytics, Docs, Sheets, Slides). - Creating reports and closely working with Business Development based on client account.
