Customer Success Specialist Job description: Support & empower '“ Support revenue team in pre & post revenue including generate leads, enhance presentation deck, prepare, and manage agreements. Assist in follow up and onboarding process on new accounts. Account Management - Excellent in building, retaining customer relationships and effectively handle client's complaints or queries with positive attitude in a timely manner. Brand Ambassador - Presentable and always reflect company values. Job Requirement: 1. Bachelor's Degree in mass communication, or marketing. 2. Minimum 2 years of customer service, or sales experience. 3. High adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work in fast-paced environment 4. People person 5. Speak fluent English 6. Positive attitude, proactive and learner. 7. Detail person, and good at administrative work. 8. Excellent verbal communication skills 9. Basic marketing knowledge (online & offline) 10. Strong presentation skills that's able to engage variety of audiences. 11. Resilience
