Business Development Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospecting for clients
- Identifying, contacting and qualifying potential customers
- Keeping track of appointments and progress using CRMs (eg. Hubspot)
- Following-up and nurturing relationships with decision makers

**Job Requirements**:

- 1 year experience in any sales role
- Strong interest in sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Relationship building: Ability to build rapport with prospects
- Be comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM
- Customer research: SDR would need to research deeply about leads
- Interest in the world of communities is a plus
- Tech savvy

**How big is the team?**

Locally, we have a team of 10-12 which includes developers, designers, QA and analysts.

Globally, the team is about 20+ strong

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
