**Responsibility**
- Provide admin duties and clerical supports to site personnel
- Liaise closely with main office staff for the procurement of necessary materials
- Keeping detailed records of work
- Uphold and adhere to corporate policies to ensure a clean and safe workplace
- Liaising with all site workers (contractors, engineers and surveyors)
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointment, and project-related activities
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability for smooth operations
**Qualification**
- Minimum 1 year experience in clerical
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Good organization and multi-tasking skills
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Malay
**Job Location**
- Johor Bahru
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Fixed shift
