Assist Head Chef in day-to-day operation of kitchen both for in-patient diet and cafeteria food.
- Assist in food preparation, portion sizes, and overall presentation of food, both for in-patient diet and cafeteria food.
- Ensure safety standards are maintained while food is being cooked.
- Involve in food preparation.
- Assist the ordering of raw food items.
- Ensure the storage of raw food items meet the guidelines and required practices.
- Ensure to comply with the health and food safety standards and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Diploma in Culinary
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field
- Good teamwork and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skill and high initiative

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
