Accounts & Finance Executive

_**Job Description**_
- To maintain a full set of accounts including financial reports.
- To perform Account Receivable including billing and collection.
- To back up the Account Payable tasks.
- To update the cashbook record.
- To ensure the information in corporate accounting system is up to date.
- Manage SST and corporate taxes.
- Liaise with other departments, client/suppliers on matters related to AR/AP.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bankers and lawyers.
- Compliance to company IMS requirement.
- Other duties as assigned by superior.
- **Requirements**_
- Hardworking, diligent, meticulous and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good Computer Skills especially Microsoft Excel.
- Diploma/ Degree with min 2 years working experience in Account Receivable/ Payable (partial professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA or equivalent are encouraged to apply).
- Required language : English.
