Housekeeping (Admin) - Hotel

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to maintain smooth administrative and communication processes within the Housekeeping Department.
- Document departmental meeting minutes and daily briefings.
- Prepare month-end attendance reports and track outsourced labor costs.
- Handle purchase orders and ensure timely delivery after obtaining approval signatures.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits.
- Generate monthly reports detailing current and budgeted costs for Chemicals, Equipment, and Supplies.
- Assist with housekeeping duties and operations as requested by management.
- Adhere strictly to hotel standards and regulations to promote a safe, clean, and efficient hotel environment.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM, Certificate or Diploma in any field or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Fresh graduate are welcomed.

**Salary**: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
