Job Responsibilities: - Assist to update clients' account transactions eg. payments, receipts, payables, receivables, accrual, adjustment and preparation of bank-reconciliation - Assist to prepare full set of accounts, weekly, month-end, financial year end closing and aging or listings on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Note to Accounts and all related accounts schedule - Assist to maintain proper filing of accounting records - Assist in other ad-hoc assignment and related duties as and when it is required or assigned by Account Seniors or Managers Requirements: - Currently pursuing Finance or Accounting related courses - Possess good working attitude and have commitment towards work - Proactive and hardworking - Able to work independently when required - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook - Good team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills - 5 days work per week (Monday to Friday)
