**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**: Greeting customers, offering assistance, and providing excellent customer service. This involves helping customers find products, answering questions about items, and offering product recommendations based on their preferences.

**Product Knowledge**: Being knowledgeable about the products available in the shop, including liquor, perfumes, chocolates and more.

**Sales and Upselling**:Actively promoting products and special offers to customers. Upselling techniques may be used to encourage customers to buy additional items or higher-priced products.

**Cash Handling**: Operating the cash register, processing transactions accurately, and handling cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment.

**Stock Management**: Ensuring that the shop shelves are well-stocked and neatly arranged. This involves restocking merchandise as needed and monitoring inventory levels.

**Pricing and Labeling**:Ensuring that all products have proper price tags and labels, with accurate information about the product and any applicable discounts.

**Language Skills**: In international airports, multilingual skills can be highly beneficial, as travelers from different countries may visit the duty-free shop.

**Adhering to Regulations**:Complying with all legal regulations and duty-free shop policies, especially regarding the sale of age-restricted items like alcohol and tobacco.

**Store Cleanliness**: Keeping the shop clean, organized, and presentable for customers.
- Provide regular feedback to senior management on business strategies and plan.

**Requirement**
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English,
- Aggressive, good interpersonal, well organized with good communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and willing to learn
- Ability to multi-task, prioritizes and manages time effectively
- Computer literate & competent in MS office

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
