- **Performance Management**: Develop and implement systems to evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and administer performance improvement plans or disciplinary actions when necessary.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Responsible for designing and administering competitive compensation and benefits packages, including salary structures, bonuses, and healthcare plans.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, such as those related to equal employment opportunity, labor relations, and workplace safety.
- **HR Policies and Procedures**: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and values, while also ensuring fairness and consistency.
- **Strategic Planning**: Contribute to strategic planning by identifying human capital needs, forecasting future staffing requirements, and developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
