**Summary of Essential Job Functions**:

- Attend to phone calls and walk in customers
- Follow up on customers late payments / cool calling
- Filing for daily documents/invoice/agreement
- Review/checking contract and agreements
- Assist in process, checking and filing of documents i.e. payment vouchers, invoice, official receipts, utilities bills, and employees’ expenses claims.
- Assists in bank blocking transaction for suspended & blacklisted account.
- Assists in checking & printing customer banking transaction for payment clearance.
- Assists in preparing legal action documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Economy, Finance or equivalent.
- Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent and team work.
