RETAIL SALES ADVISOR

2 Vacancy | Johor Bahru| Immediately

As a Retail Sales Advisor at Kedai Emas Tian Si, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our signature branch located in Mid Valley, Johor Bahru. You will work together with our team to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers and will be responsible for meeting sales targets and achieving key performance indicators. Your duties will include:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Providing advice and guidance to customers on jewellery purchases
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Driving sales and achieving key performance indicators
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly
- Maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Completing administrative tasks as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven track record in sales, with experience in retail sales, preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- A passion for jewelry and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to meet sales targets and achieve key performance indicators.
- Basic computer skills, with experience in point-of-sale systems, preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred to communicate with customers effectively.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

Junior Executive: RM1,800 - RM2,000

Senior Executive: RM2,100 - RM3,000

Commission and Incentives will be provided. Remuneration depends on related experiences and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
