**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Data Entry and Maintenance:

- Input, verify, and update data accurately and efficiently into the company's databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data by performing regular audits and quality checks.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information while handling data entry tasks.

2. Document Processing:

- Convert, transcribe, and organize documents into digital formats as required.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before entering data into the system.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of documents.

3. Data Verification and Validation:

- Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents or other data sets.
- Conduct data validation checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Work closely with other team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate reports and perform basic data analysis tasks to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
- Prepare and distribute routine reports to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
- Assist in identifying trends, patterns, or anomalies in the data to improve overall data quality and processes.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to gather, input, and verify data accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on data entry standards, procedures, and deadlines.
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed to achieve departmental goals.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data by performing regular audits and quality checks.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information while handling data entry tasks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and speed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with data entry software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Familiarity with company secretarial tasks is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
