**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with COO assist daily work routine such as prepare presentation slide, prepare communication memo/letters and act as Live broadcaster in COO absence
- Assist on general errands and operations administrative routine using social media marketing tools to create brand awareness and maintain the companys brand Assisting in plan, organize and create digital content activities using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other similar platforms.
- Ability to deliver creative social media digital content text, image, and video Assist for tracking and report on social media insights traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates
- Assist team to boost brand awareness, like promotions and launching campaign.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets, monitoring of expenditures, drafting of contracts and purchasing or acquisition orders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent from the accredited university college program.
- Basic proficiency using image and video editing software, Microsoft Office and any other related computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with team members.
- Have a positive attitude, approachable, and believe in team spirit.
