**Responsibilities**:
**Admin:

- Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing.
- General office administration works.
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls.
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks.

**Finance:

- Data entry and maintenance of financial records.
- Assisting with invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Helping with financial reporting and documentation.
- Providing general administrative support (scheduling, filing, etc.).
- Learning and using financial software/tools.
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks.
