We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team at EPI-USE Malaysia. As a Payroll Analyst - BPO, you will play a crucial role in processing monthly payroll for diverse clients within a multinational software company. **Responsibilities**
- Process monthly payroll, encompassing salary, overtime, incentives, bonuses, allowances, leave, taxes, and various payroll deductions, while maintaining accurate employee data/payroll records.
- Conduct analytical reviews of payroll transactions to identify errors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
- Prepare monthly and yearly statutory reports, submitting them in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain compliance with all statutory requirements and stay abreast of current legislation.
- Validate payroll reports, prepare bank files, and generate payslips for employees.
- Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain a confidential and sensitive work environment, focusing on customer service by handling all customer requests professionally.
- Back up team members to deliver and manage customer expectations as required.
- Ensure timely escalation of unsolved and potential issues with detailed analysis to the ticketing system within the standard escalation process.
- Track, monitor, and promptly resolve all employee queries on payroll-related issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Education**
- A Bachelor’s degree

**Experience and skills required**
- 1-2 years of Payroll/HR experience minimum.
- Good customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple transactions and customer requests.
- Strong processing skills and analytical ability (inclination for Mathematics/Finance/Problem-solving).
- Ability to read, write, and speak in Mandarin, English, or any of the Asian languages.
- Advantageous:_
- Experience with ERP Systems Applications (SAP).
- Confidence in processing Global payroll in an Outsourcing/Share Service environment.
- Adaptability and creativity.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

**Position**
- Full-time permanent position.
- Based at the EPI-USE office in Malaysia.
- Remote working/working from home is an option.
- The role may include mínimal travel.

**Compensation**
- Market-related salary, taking qualifications, past payslips, and work experience into account.
