**Responsibilities**:

- Develop daily and weekly production plans for a factory or a product line to include resource planning and monitoring and reporting on the performance against plan.
- Prepare weekly team or department workforce plans to identify the number of staff required to meet the demand forecast.
- Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of process, procedures, and precedents.
- Carry out a range of inventory control activities, either to support others or to fulfil the requirements of the role.
- Perform simple buying tasks by following established procedures to support others.
- Collate and analyze data using pre-set tools methods and formats. Involves working independently.
- Help others get the most of the internal communications system by offering support and advice.
- Identify, within the team, instances of non-compliance with the organizations’ policies and procedures and or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Develop own capabilities by participating in assessments and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain professional accreditations where relevant to improve performance and fulfil personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in related field
- 3 to 6 years working experience in production planning
- Technical Knowledge of Plant/ Production Assets and Operation
- Strong planning/organizing skill
- Experience in SAP is an added advantage
