**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
- Scheduling staff duty roster
- Overall responsibility of the kitchen’s daily operations
- Creating new dishes and menus
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels
- Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed
- Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
