Support project planning and execution for setting up a new campus, including preparing reports, tracking progress, and coordinating meetings.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Assist in coordinating and tracking tasks and deadlines for projects, including the new campus setup and other business coordination activities.

**Job Requirements**
- Proven experience in administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Good computer skills (google workspace/MS Office/Excel/Power Point)
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Possess good attitude
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities; manages self and time well
- Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
