**About Our Client**:
Our client - Haneda interiors, offers an unparalleled service in sustainable interior in Hong Kong. They provide “all-under-one-roof” services for both residential and commercial projects; and take care of projects from the beginning to completion with two main values - which are Sustainability and Design Excellence.

**Job Scope**:

- Handle Interior Construction Drawing
- Generate 3D models using SketchUp.
- Produce realistic 3D renderings and virtual reality (VR).
- Assist other design-related tasks as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor' degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of working experience in interior design field.
- Proficient in 3D-Max and Sketch-Up.
- Experienced in Interior Construction Drawings is a must.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also being self-motivated and independent.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and passion for design.
- Able to communicate in Cantonese, and able to read in Traditional Chinese.
