**Responsibilities**:

- The individual is responsible to strategies, plan and execute the digital marketing strategy for one or more customer portfolios.
- The individual is responsible in analysing sales funnels and customer intent, measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies and report on marketing KPIs including but not limited to ROAS, leads, conversion rates, customer retention etc.
- The individual will be responsible in identifying the business challenges of client and create the marketing strategy and action plan based on the insightful information provided by data engineering and data scientist team.
- The individual is responsible to manage social media accounts and plan for content posting
- The individual should have a desire in ensuring the success transformation and adoption of the developed predictive model for the clients.
- Measure, analyse and report to executive leadership on digital marketing and campaign performance against predetermine KPIs and ROI

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Minimally 3 years working experience in marketing and/or digital marketing
- Experience in e-commerce digital marketing is an added advantage
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in analysing data in Google Analytics and translate the insights into a conversion rate optimization action plan
- Excellent communication skills and strong project management abilities
- Strategic thinking and effective analytical skills to evaluate internal and external trends or issues and create appropriate solution
- Clear understanding of sales funnel, customer journey and experience
- Digital marketing specialization certification is an added advantage
- Experience in creating Business Performance Review (BPR) in the area of SWOT analysis is a huge advantage
