Human Resource Executive

**Job Requirement:
- **
- Prepare and manage payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner.
- Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies.
- Handle all functions of HRIS and responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.
- Involve in full cycle of payroll processing and ensure monthly salaries are paid accurately and on time.
- To prepare and make statutory payment in timely manner.
- Provide advisory services to employees on matters related to payroll.
- Performs clerical human resources tasks such as maintenance and filling of personnel records and prepare offer letter.
- Process & maintain Health Insurance Claim.
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments/duties as and when required by superior.
**Job Requirement:
- **
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of payroll experience.
- Possess sound working knowledge of Human Resource Management System, Microsoft Excel, Labor Laws and payroll management.
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, attentive to details, well organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
