- To liaise with customer on the order schedule and status

- To ensure that the documents sorting, daily filing of records and documents are completed
- Assist in daily administrative works, or any ad-hoc task as assigned
- Follow up for outstanding payment
- Basic Paper Work: Invoicing, Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Data Entry, Filing and etc.
- To handle all incoming calls and take proper massages.
- Any ad hoc / other tasks assigned by superior.
