- Collaborate with business development, project management and design teams to develop detailed site layouts for EV charging stations.
- Create high-quality 3D models and video renderings to visualize site plans, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Use architectural and urban planning principles to optimize site layouts for functionality, safety, and aesthetics.
- Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly design elements into site plans.
- Present design concepts and renderings to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization, urban planning, and EV infrastructure.

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Proficiency in 3D modelling software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar.
- Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in site planning and 3D visualizations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong command of English, written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter and a team player
- Experience with video editing software for creating compelling 3D video presentations.
- Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for site analysis and planning.
- Knowledge of EV infrastructure and sustainable design practices is a plus.
- Understanding of local building codes and regulations.
- A keen eye and interest in designing sustainable buildings and infrastructure.
