Accounts Payable Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

2. Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.

3. Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.

4. Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

5. Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner.

6. Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
