**Responsibilities**:

- **Store Operations Management**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy outlet, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and workflow management.
- Ensure the pharmacy is adequately staffed and that team members are trained to provide quality service.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of medications and healthcare products.
- **Customer Service**:

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional customer service is provided.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Train and guide staff to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
- Team Leadership and Development:

- Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and support to enhance team performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, sales campaigns, and initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Inventory and Stock Management:

- Monitor inventory levels, order medications and products as needed, and maintain proper stock rotation.
- Minimize wastage and manage expired products in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure the pharmacy operates in compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of prescription and non-prescription medications, following proper documentation procedures.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Promote proper handling and storage of medications to prevent contamination or errors.
- **Financial Management**:

- Manage the outlet's financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and profit optimization.
- Monitor pricing strategies and discounts to maintain competitive pricing while maximizing profitability.
- Reporting and Documentation:

- Generate and maintain accurate reports related to sales, inventory, and operational performance.
- Provide regular updates to higher management on the outlet's performance and any challenges faced.
- **Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant experience in retail management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and industry practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
