**It will be easier if you**:

- have strong command of English (verbal and written);
- can prioritize your tasks;
- can easily find a common ground with people and understand the client's needs;
- are not afraid to work with claims and can calmly resolve any misunderstandings;
- are ready to take responsibility and solve basic tasks independently, without involving your Manager.

**Fresh graduates and under-experienced are welcome to apply**

**Essential functions**:

- providing high-quality service to drivers and customers by processing their requests, feedback, complaints\claims, as well as assisting them in resolving day-to-day issues;
- monitoring the service rules violations;
- presenting drivers and passengers with an offer of new conditions and promotions;
- participation in the implementation of advertising\promotional campaigns.
