1 To assist Construction Manager and Project Manager in all adminstration functions and processes. 2 Facilitate development of project plans and manage them from inception to completion. 3 Monitor all moving parts of the project keeping them synchronized and moving forward. 4 Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials. 5 Organize and implement formulated policies and procedures. 6. Attend all project meetings and take notes. 7 Budget forecast and assess possible project risks and setbacks. 8 Maintain and update budgets as project progresses. 9 Calculate project metrics including quality assurance, profits and losses. 10 Communicate pertinent information between management, staff and Client. 11 Strategically create project plans, creating a timeline and setting benchmarks. 12 Collaborate on project presentations. 13 Perform any other related duties as may require from time to time.
