**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate, visionary, and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
1. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth, covering both B2B and B2C sectors.
- Identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive environments to provide insights for strategic decision-making and campaign development.

2. Digital Marketing Management:

- Manage digital marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment and performance.

3. Content Creation and Management:

- Coordinate content creation efforts with internal teams or external agencies to ensure consistency in messaging and brand tone.

4. Lead Generation and Conversion:

- Drive lead generation through targeted advertising campaigns, landing pages, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration and consistency between advertising and sales activities.

5. Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and advertising campaign data to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting success stories, trends, and actionable recommendations for future advertising campaigns.

6. Brand Management:

- Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all digital marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and customer engagement.

7. Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Lead and guide marketing teams, providing support and feedback to promote their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, customer service, and other teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and overall business objectives.

8. Market Research and Customer Insights:

- Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of target audiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Deeply understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of B2B and B2C customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.

2. Comprehensive Marketing Strategy Development:

- Develop personalized marketing strategies for B2B and B2C audiences, including positioning, pricing, promotion, and channel strategies.
- Integrate online and offline marketing methods to increase brand exposure and market coverage.

- Explore new sales channels and partnerships to expand the coverage of products and services.
- Strengthen cooperation with offline retail channels and online e-commerce platforms to expand the customer base.

5. Building a Strong Sales Team:

- Recruit efficient sales teams with sales experience and industry expertise.
- Provide systematic training and ongoing support to improve the performance and satisfaction of sales personnel.

6. Customer Relationship Management:

- Strengthen relationships with existing customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide personalized customer service and customized solutions to meet the needs of different customers.

7. Monitoring and Optimization of Performance:

- Set clear sales goals and key performance indicators, regularly track and evaluate the performance of sales teams.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback, adjust strategies and plans in a timely manner to optimize sales efficiency and results.

**Work arrangements**

(8.30am - 6pm) Monday - Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
