**Intellectual Property Manager**

**Job Descriptions**:

- Manage the intellectual property portfolios of our clients, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets
- Develop and implement strategies to protect our clients' intellectual property rights
- Conduct intellectual property searches and analyses to identify potential infringement issues
- Manage the patent and trademark prosecution process for our clients
- Negotiate and draft intellectual property agreements, including licensing agreements and non-disclosure agreements, on behalf of our clients
- Provide intellectual property advice and support to our clients and company’s business units
- Monitor and enforce company and our clients' intellectual property rights
- Manage the intellectual property budget
- Ensure that the company's intellectual property management practices are in compliance with ISO standards

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in intellectual property management
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and regulations
- Experience negotiating and drafting intellectual property agreements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with ISO standards and experience in implementing them
- Experience in handling client portfolio
