Server Administrator IT Infrastructure Manager

**Responsibilities**

**1.** **Server Administrator**
- A server administrator role is to monitor server's systems and security. Also to help with technical problems, monitor any activity and audit security systems and policies. Server administrators create recovery systems, customize server operating options and understand how to manage large amounts of data.
- Maintain networks (To help maintain servers, server administrators create and implement network maintenance protocols. Regularly update operating systems and databases.)
- Security Procedure (Protect servers from spyware, ransomware and attacks. Keep firewall systems up-to-date to help prevent networks breach and safe from attacks.)
- Activity Report (Provide writing reports detailing software or system updates. Present suggestion to management, such as suggestions to change antivirus programs, implement new firewall procedures or suggest new security protocols.)

**2.** **IT Infrastructure**
- Software and Hardware Support (Provide support on computers, phones, laptops and printers under company use. Evaluate technology needs and rework network environments and desk stations.)

**Requirements**:

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and security.

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
- English (preferred)
