Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including MS Dynamics 365 and MS 365 systems, servers,

network equipment, software licenses, security systems, and end-user devices.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems by implementing and maintaining security measures, data

encryption, and access controls.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and

network issues promptly and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring systems are in place for quick

recovery in case of emergencies or system failures.
- Oversee data backups and storage solutions, ensuring data integrity, availability, and compliance with company

policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to understand their IT requirements and provide strategic

guidance and solutions.
- Stay informed about emerging technology trends and best practices in IT management, cybersecurity, and cloud

computing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements, recommending and implementing

solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, including planning, resource allocation, tracking, and

reporting on project progress and outcomes.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Proven experience as an IT manager or similar role, with expertise in MS Dynamics 365 and MS 365

systems.

3. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing concepts.

4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of

the organization.

6. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

7. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator

Associate) preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
