To complete daily job task and sign off.
- Setting up accounts or laptop for new users
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications. Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- To handle communications and coordination with IT vendors on software integration with principals and related companies to ensure system running with data accuracy.
- To coordinate, follow up and settle with suppliers/vendors on issues arising from hardware, software, system integration, repair, maintenance contract and warranty claim and etc.
- Propose and implement system and network operation improvement ideas.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.
- Organize and schedule upgrades for maintenance to ensure minimum / zero downtime.
- To perform maintenance including installation, configuration, upgrading and monitoring hardware and software including networking equipment.
- To manage various types of software licensing and inventory hardware / software.
- Design, develop, and maintain the company website using modern web technologies.
- Maintenance of building infrastructure especially those related to IT.

Requirement:

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in an IT support or executive role.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting, system administration, and cybersecurity basics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
