**Job Summary**:
The ideal Photo Editor Associate is expected to enhance and retouch photographs to meet quality standards. They are expected to collaborate with photographers, edit images, and organize digital libraries. The Photo Editor Associate communicates with clients to deliver high-quality results. The role requires proficiency in photo editing software, attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. A portfolio showcasing previous editing work is preferred.
- Edit and enhance photographs to meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with photographers to ensure consistency in style and vision.
- Retouch images to correct flaws and enhance visual appeal.
- Use editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to adjust colors, exposure, and composition.
- Crop and resize images for various platforms and purposes.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of images for easy access and retrieval.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photography editing.
- Communicate with clients to understand their editing preferences and deliver high-quality results.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Assist with other photography-related tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a photography editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in photo editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for image quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in photography, visual arts, or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
