- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for differentiation in the early childhood education market.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support their professional development.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective families, community organizations, and local businesses to generate leads and referrals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
- Manage marketing materials, including brochures, sales collateral, and online.
- Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and regulations related to early childhood education and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities to the management team.
- Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Control expenses and seek cost-effective solutions to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and potential threats.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and partnerships.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
