As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate the target audience. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams, product development, and creative departments, to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with the company's brand identity and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Design Creation: Develop and design for social media graphics, website banners, brochures, posters, logos, infographics, and other visual content.

Creative Concepts: Generate innovative and original design concepts that effectively convey the desired message or story.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide design recommendations, and deliver solutions that meet business goals.

Time Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and software advancements to continuously improve skills and design capabilities.

Feedback and Iteration: Receive and provide constructive feedback to improve design iterations and achieve the best results.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
- Ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into creative visual solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Knowledge of digital and print production processes.
- Familiarity with web design, UI/UX principles, and responsive design is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative skills.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
