- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- English and Mandarin Proficiency is mandatory

**Responsibility**

**Administrative Support**:

- Manage and organize administrative tasks, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, handling phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in the coordination of travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for team members.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

**Canva Design**:

- Utilize Canva to create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials, presentations, and social media graphics.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across various platforms using Canva templates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design graphics for promotional materials, event invitations, and client presentations.

**Communication**:

- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in organizing and archiving documents in both physical and digital formats.
