- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any Business Administrator or any related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to identify issues, anticipate potential problems, and proactively find solutions.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred chinese ladies.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment and facilities.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments and events.
- Providing administrative support to executives, managers or team members as needed.
- Providing a welcoming and professional reception for visitors and guests.
